As announced recently by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), in the second week of academic session 2013-2014, students of class IX and X are likely to sit for their Summative Assessment I
The test will start from September 16th by the schools after receiving a supply of question papers from CBSE on September 12th. For this particular assessment, CBSE is offering online marking schemes to schools. Though, the board has clearly instructed schools to come up with their own date sheets.
Schools will receive two sets of unique question papers by CBSE, which earlier was supplied only through CDs only.
“In an effort to uphold consistency and standardization throughout the process, CBSE will design the question paper and send it online to schools,” told Navin Maini, research officer (Technology) CBSE.
