Students born or after 1st January 2000 are eligible for NSEJS 2014-2015
Students who are in Class X or lower as of November 30, 2014, are also eligible for NSEJS
Students if found not matching the eligibility criteria at any point or stage of the event, the student shall be immediately disqualified and shall not be allowed take the exam.
NSEJS Syllabus shall be broadly equivalent to that of the school level CBSE Syllabus upto class 10th with various basic subjects of Science (chemistry, physics, biology and mathematics) being given equal importance.
This is just as the guidelines set by the board, and there is no such complete detailed NSEJS Syllabus being given.
NSEJS Question Paper Pattern shall be based on the comprehension of the subject, not rote memory
The language of the paper shall be English only.
The paper shall consist of 80 objective type questions with multiple choices (one correct answer of the given four options)
