Introduction to Orissa Council of Higher Secondary Education

Established in accordance with the Orissa Higher Secondary Education Act 1982, the Council of Higher Secondary Education, Orissa was developed to regulate, Control and develop Higher Secondary Education in the State of Orissa. The board aims at providing quality education to the higher secondary students of the state. According to a survey in 2003-04, Orissa possesses about 44,416 primary schools with 97 lakh teachers.

Odisha Board HSC Important Dates

Orissa Board of Secondary Education (BSE) conducts the HSLC examination for those students who are studying in class12 within the state. For the year 2018, the Odisha board class 12 exam is expected in the month of March. The Odisha board will soon publish the class 12 time table 2018.
