Light energy emitted per second is E = 0.60 x 10 = 6 J/s. Let n be the number of photons emitted per second. Then, n x hc/l = E
This gives n = 6 x 590 x 10-9/(3 x 108 x 6.63 x 10-34) = 1.78 x 1019/s.
