This may seem lame but I'm really confused about the ideas in semiconductors due to referring too many different books. Some of them have contrasting concepts especially in the transistor section.I'm kinda confused about transistors. Can you suggest some authoritative source to study from (book/online) or can you please explain it in-depth ? I have my pre-boards tmrw. I learned Semiconductors all day long and haven't learned anything else and I'm gonna fail tmrw
